Max almost crashed us into a phone pole after the question left my mouth.

"What?" Max said catching his breath after the near collision. I wasn't phased.

"Its just a question, dude. You don't have to have a friggin heart attack." I said, unable to contain my amusement at Maxs shock and discomfort.

"Well, I think that's a personal question that you have no business asking." Max said in an annoyed tone. If he was being this stingy about it, then it must be true.

"I know you're keeping something from me. You suck at lying so bad, Tennyson."

Max grinned his teeth and bowed his head momentarily. When he picked it up again, he had a dead serious look on his face.

"If I tell you, will you drop it?" he said sternly.

"Absolutely." I said, quieting my mind so I could hear his answer.

"Yes," Max said slowly. "Yes, I have had an anal probe."

"More than one?" Max cringed.

"Yes."

"Tee hee, and the evidence keeps building." I thought.
